Lyndy Saltmarsh is a Wellness Specialist who has harnessed her passion for health and wellness to help others be the best they can be, in all areas of life.

She has the skill and expertise to retrain the nervous system and support clients to make lasting change and impact their health on all levels.

As a leading expert in her field, she continues to expand her knowledge and understanding of the nervous system, the human body and mind. Her pursuit for knowledge in all areas of natural medicine have led her to travel the globe as an educator and practitioner. Lyndy is a pinnacle leader of wellness in Australia.

With over 35 years in clinical practice, and a background in nursing, Lyndy's fascination with health, wellness and the quality of spirit is at the heart of her Naturopathic and Kinesiology practice.
